I It has come to the attention of this Headquarters that various
requests have been made direct to Wing, Group, or Squadron Commanders
f o r l i s t s o f p i l o t s o r o t h e r p e r s o n n e l . Va r y i n g r e a s o n s h a v e b e e n g i v e n
in requesting these lists.
2. In the future, any requests for lists of names and addresses,
q u a l i fi c a t i o n s o f p i l o t s , o r o t h e r p e r s o n n e l o f t h e m e m b e r s h i p o f C A P,
on the part of any organization, or individual, will he referred to
National Headquarters. All Wing, Group, and Squadron Commanders are
instructed here1~th to regard all such information as confidential, and
will not releans such information except upon official approval of this
Headquarters.
