2. This red material is to be used tc cover or
replace the standard shoulder loop or straps now attr~ch;~0 Dn
all uniforms. The red shoulder strap is now official ~i all
uniforms, including leather ~acket, for all pe~sonne~ s~ Civil
Air Patrol.
3.,t~. Remove oresent shoulder straps
and replace with above-mentioned red flai~uel color sbraps, or
sew red flannel strap to present shoulder strap. If the present
shoulder strap is replaced with new red strap, the now strap may
be attached to the shirt at the sqtmre end by either snaps or
hoods and eyes.
