we indicated that specifications for the official CAP
c o m m i s s i o n e d o f fi c e r ' s u n i f o r m w o u l d b e fi n i s h e d b y t h e Wa r
D e p a r t m e n t a b o u t F e b r u a r y 1 4 a n d s e n $ t o y o u i m m e d i a t e l y.
Unforeseen delays occurred but encloged herewith are the
specifications referred to.
