of these are of e serlou~ natureand some are net. t'hen ~ report i~ received on an ~pelicant~ the WinG is notified to hold service record and
identlflcatlon card until further notice. ':~n a decision ha8 been made
to either ~coept or reject said apollcaut, the :'/in.~, concerned will be
notified°
