Accidents and Property Damage•

1, Jn compliance with the request of the Air Judge
Advocate, effective this date, all Civil Air Patrol accidents
involvin;:?: personal injuries to individuals or property danage
occurrin,^ during the perforinance of an authorized CAP activity
for the Armed Forces conducted under operations > orders vdll
be reported in'writing to the Claims Officer of the nearest
AAF installation. Such reports shall include full Retails
of each and every accident occurring in any-properly authorized
CAP activity, as above, *''hethe^.caused.,'by^&il'draft or any other
means

2. In instances\ "^hore a Board of Investigation con
venes, a copy of the report and findings of such board* "?d!ll be
sufrricient. In instances ^ihere a Board of- Investigation does not
