All Wing Commanders.

I. The number of Cords CD-307-A indicated on the attached
receipt are being shipped directly to your Wing. Those cords are to
be used in conjunction with the new Setchell Carlson ~.Adio Receivers
which you haw~ received for installntion in the AAF Liaison airplanes
assigned to your Wing.
2. Upon r eceipt of th~ cords, the procedure outliued below
will'be follow~d:
~. Sign the attached receipt and rett~n the original
copy to National Headquarters. Win~ Commanders only will sign the ]-eceipt.
b. Retain th,~ carbon copy in your Wing files.
~. Distribute the cords so that one wil].be installed
in each of the-A.~" Liaison airplanes under your control.
3. The subject receipt will be accomplished and returned
to National Headquarters immediately upon rcceipt of the cords. The
Signal Property Officer at National Headquarters is formally accountable for the subject equipment and the receipt is necessary for the
m a i n t e n a n c e o f r e c o r d s r e q u i r e d b y Wa r D e p a r t m e n t R e g u l a t i o n s .
