quarters via airmail-special-delivery at the close of operations

on the fifteenth day of eadh month, on the subject form, a supply
of which is forwarded herewith for your convenience.

2. Subject form duly completed will fulfill requirements
of Paira. 23, OD i^O, only, and will in no way supersede the
reports prescribed in Paras, 22 and 2k of that Directive^
