All Wing Commanders
i. Our Fiscal Department has requested that we submit
t o t h e m e a c h m o n t h a r e c o r d o f a l l W i n g c o m m u n i c a t i o n s . To
facilitate this submission the attached form has been prepared.
Its use becomes effective February l, 1943 and from then on until
rescission notice.
2. The record should be prepared by each Wing at the
end of every month and should reach National Headquarters withi n 5 d a y s t h e r e a f t e r. A n e n t r y s h o u l d b e m a d e b y d a t e f o r e a c h
call completed, and each telegram sent indicating the person
directing the communication, the person receiving the
c o m m u n i c a t i o n , a n d a b r i e f e x p l a n a t i o n o f t h e s u b j e c t m a t t e r,
i.e., courier~ service, meeting of Group Commanders, etc., and
the cost.
3. This record will enable National Headquarters to
determine present cost and future communication needs.
