plans for utilization ~nd protection of airpcrts and land.tng fields

2. Utilization plans should include ~u plotting of
courses and surveying of routes frola the buses of CAP an.its to ~..ll
o t h e r l a n d i n g fi e l d s i n t h e ~ i c i n i t y. I t i s ~ s p c c i , ~ l i y d e s i r a b l e t o
compile da~a on potential emergency landing areas ~iong such ~'eut~s

or obstructions at thes~ situs. Such information should bc made
readily available to all CAP units in the arc:..

should be kept in strict confidence. 0nly a f.~; k~y men in c~ch unit
should have this information.
