i n s u r a n c e f o r C i v i l A i r P a t r o l p i l o t o n l y. I n c a s e t h e c r o w c o n s i s t s o f
two Civil Air Patrol members, add $0.125, making the premium for accident
insurance $0.25per hour and a corresponding increase in the total.

The following insurance is required on all operations covered
by these schedules and no aircraft will be put in operation in said operations until such insurance is first secured in the manner set forth in
insurance instructions issued by Civil Air Patrol in the following General

hereof. The insurance polic~y by ~hich this insurance is no~ provided expires September 2, 19/~ and will be supplanted at that time by ~ ne'J' policy
or an extension of the pres~-nt one and a new p~'emit~m will then be required.
