OPERATIONS 0ROARS FOR FLIGHT MISSIONS

i. Effective immediately all flight missions
undertaken as part of Civil Air Patrol activitywill be
a u t h o r i z e d b y O p e r a t i o n s O r d e r s . Tr a i n i n g D i r e c t i v e N o .
15 currently sets forth the procedure.
2. Neither protection under the master insurance
policies covering Civil Air Patrol operations, nor official
credit toward Civil Air Patrol training requirements, nor
available reimbursement of expenses will be given any person
directly involved in a flight not authorized by an Operations
O r d e r. S u c h p e r s o n s i n c l u d e t h e p i l o t , c r e w m e m b e r s , p a s s e n g e r s a n d p l a n e o w n e r.
3. Operations Orders will be issued only for flight
missions to be carried out as a bona fide Civil Air Patrol
activity and only in accordance with Civil Air Patrol procedure.
