About CAP Historical Repositories
The new CAPR 210-3 provides guidance to CAP historians on the creation and management of unit historical repositories. The items that comprise these repositories belong to the Civil Air Patrol and are held by individuals units who are charged to use them in the study and dissemination of CAP history.
All CAP units maintaining an historical repository will soon be encouraged to make records and artifacts from their collections available digitally to the CAP membership and the general public through the official Civil Air Patrol National History Program website. For details, please contact the National Archivist at email@example.com.
