INTRODUCTION OF UNIT STAFF & BRIEF UNIT NARRATIVE
The Southeast Region of the Civil Air Patrol includes six wings: Alabama, Florida, Georgia,
Mississippi, Tennesee, and Puerto-Rico. The SER command serves each wing in providing
oversight, support and funds for the wings under its jurisdiction. Recruiting and retention were
very active in trying to find way to keep members interested in the program and to become more
directly invovled with the wings in the region. Several units across the region were awarded the
Unit Citation Award as well as Commander's Commendations. Several senior member were also
promoted as well. This report illustrates the contributions of each staff area and how they have
contributed to the region as a whole.
